Wastie Pastie
Mary and Charlotte brought design and science together with their objective to create biodegradable adhesive bras and pasties. They developed “biochar” which is like a charcoal made of organic waste (think fruits, veggies and other plant material). Once the biochar was developed, they were able to test multiple sewing techniques and decorative methods to find an alternative option for a commonly used material.
