The struggle of trickle down empire creates communities that know the actual depth of human bitterness. Communities whose memories threaten to shatter the tranquility of the status quo. Resilient infrastructure is the backbone of disenfranchised communities. In a world where the most vulnerable are at the mercy of digital overlords and negligence - our memories are the library they will always try to burn. We know this, so it becomes our duty to learn, and pioneer resilient communication infrastructure and create our own internet charters that force attention, not beg for it.
